Questions from businesses
What happens after the 14 days?
If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing and Business ends with it. Otherwise the monthly or yearly subscription you chose begins. Your account always shows when the trial ends.
Can I write invoices as a small business (Kleinunternehmer)?
Yes. With the switch in your business details, every invoice carries the section 19 UStG note instead of VAT.
Do private customers get the section 35a breakdown?
Yes. Labour, machine and travel costs stand apart from materials on the invoice, with the note to keep it for two years.
What about e-invoices?
Invoices are made as PDF, not yet as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD. Invoices to private customers are not subject to the e-invoice duty; whether you must send e-invoices to businesses is for you to check.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
They stay: you can still see, download and export them for your tax adviser, but not write new ones.
Where is my customers' data kept?
On servers in Germany. For your customers' data you conclude a data processing agreement in the app before you add the first customer.
Does Verdaro replace my tax adviser?
No. Verdaro helps you write your documents and checks the required details, but gives no tax or legal advice.
